MY APPROACH.
Story First.
I don’t just press record and hope for good moments. I’m paying attention — to the quiet anticipation before the ceremony, to the way your friends laugh, to the feeling in the room. The films I make are shaped by the flow of the whole day, not just what looks good on camera.
Faith-Filled.
Jesus is a huge part of my life, and being able to honour God through storytelling is something I don’t take lightly. When a couple’s faith is woven into their wedding day — through prayer, worship, or just the quiet reverence of a covenant — it’s a joy and a privilege to capture that with the care it deserves.
TIMELESS.
I’ve seen the way people respond when they watch a wedding film — the tears, the laughter, the feeling of really being there again. It reminds me why I do this. A film isn’t just something to keep — it’s something that keeps the day alive in a way photos or memories alone can’t always do.

WHO IS SEE WHY?
THE HEART BEHIND THE LENS
Hey there, I’m Jeremy! The filmmaker behind See Why Studios.
Filmmaking is where all my creative passions meet. I’ve also been a musician and photographer for many years, but it’s through film that I’ve found the most powerful way to tell stories that matter.
What drives me is simple: stories bring people together. I love capturing the kind of moments that carry meaning — not just what happened, but how it felt. On a wedding day, my role often goes beyond the camera. I work to make things as easy and seamless as possible so you can relax, be yourselves, and fully enjoy the day. Behind the scenes, I’m shaping those moments into a film that lets you relive the joy, intimacy, and beauty of your story for years to come.
How I Work on the Day.
Calm, confident, and hands-on
Being your filmmaker isn’t just about the camera. I’m there to help the day run smoothly too — whether that’s making sure you’re in the right place at the right time, coordinating a few details behind the scenes, or even carrying rings and driving you to the photoshoot if needed. Couples often tell me I bring a calm, confident, and peaceful presence that helps them relax, even when the day feels overwhelming. By the end of it, we usually feel more like friends than client and vendor.

What I Love Capturing.
Epic shots and real emotion
I love capturing those epic, cinematic moments — the sunlight breaking perfectly between a kiss, or the cheeky glance you give your person when you think no one is watching. I never thought of myself as a romantic, but weddings changed that. There’s something about witnessing two people commit their lives to one another that makes me want to capture every heartbeat of it.
